Coelho Lab team:
Matt has gained prior expertise in functional genomics in the laboratory of Dr. Mathew Garnett at the Sanger, cancer immunotherapy and lung cancer in the laboratory of Prof. Julian Downward at the Francis Crick Institute, and CRISPR technologies at AstraZeneca.
Eloise has experience in CRISPR screening technologies, having conducted arrayed CRISPR screening in oncology within the Open Targets Validation Lab at the Sanger, and pooled CRISPR screening during her PhD at the Francis Crick Institute with Dr Moritz Treeck.
Jose has worked in the biotech industry for the last seven years, including four years at Mosaic Tx, a Sanger Institute spin-off. During these years he has gained experience in large scale data analysis and machine learning applied to cancer treatment. Prior to that, he has worked at the EMBL – European Bioinformatics Institute where he developed and maintained different services both in house and in public clouds.
